A new Passage to India

On 2nd of May 2019, DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) funded „ A New Passage to India“ program between Leibniz University Hannover (LUH) and Indian Institute of Technology Indore (IITI) was officially inaugurated by the Hon. Consul General of India, Shri Madan Lal Raigar and Vice President for International Affairs of LUH, Prof. Dr. Christina von Haaren.

The Kick-Off workshop was attended by the partners from IIT Indore and LUH. The project was presented to all the participants on individual and common activities planned for 2019-2023. The project focusses on following thematic areas namely Chemistry, Physics, Computational Science and Environmental Biotechnology. A cross-cutting theme would be internationalization of higher education and research.  The international office of LUH and IITI will be coordinating the project.
