For summer 2023, we are again offering German undergraduate students the possibility to intern at research laboratories and universities in India.

Indian researchers, professors, postdoc and doctoral students can apply to seek assistance with their ongoing/proposed research projects by inviting and hosting a motivated and well-qualified student from Germany as a research intern in their labs. German students participating in this program come from the fields of natural sciences, earth sciences, engineering, computer science, medicine, or a closely related field, and receive a DAAD scholarship to help cover living expenses and travel costs.

DAAD is organising a special scholarship web-session on RISE Worldwide Scholarship Programme for Indian institutions and research labs (professors, academicians, researchers, postdocs and PhD scholars). Aspirants will be informed about the eligibility criteria, application procedures and deadlines and their queries will be answered.
