Programme Officer – Scholarships |  Full-time position |  Estimated start date: 1 December 2026  | Location: DAAD Regional Office in New Delhi

If you’re passionate about supporting students who aspire to pursue higher education, PhD programs or research opportunities in Germany, this could be the opportunity for you.

The DAAD Regional Office New Delhi is looking for a motivated full-time Programme Officer for coordinating various scholarship programmes in India/in the region.

What the DAAD is looking for:

  • University degree (minimum: Master’s degree; PhD desirable)
  • Professional experience in the field of higher education or cultural affairs (at least 5 years) in international academic sector
  • Good communication skills in German language (B2 and above)
