In the eyes of the DAAD, the end of a funding period marks the beginning of a long-standing relationship with us. We aim to stay in touch with our alumni as well as help you get to know one another through a series of programmes and activities. We also support you in setting up regional DAAD alumni clubs and other forms of networking opportunities.
The DAAD would like to keep in touch with you even after your funding period has ended. This longstanding relationship between you and the DAAD expands in the form of a strong network over the South Asian region – India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
The Alumni for SDG is a web talk series that will showcase important and relevant topics of the Sustainable Development Goals. Join for the third instalment of the web talk series with the focus on SDG 14 – Life Below Water, organised jointly by DAAD New Delhi and Jakarta.
Our alumni programmes provide subsequent support to former DAAD scholarship holders by offering a number of funding opportunities within the global DAAD alumni network.
We are keen at the DAAD to stay in touch with our former scholarship holders. The conclusion of a DAAD scholarship marks the beginning of an active, long-term cooperative partnership with us in the shape of a network of alumni associations around the world.
Former outgoing DAAD scholarship holders have the opportunity to join our Germany alumni network in order to stay in touch and raise new contacts. Register now!
