The DAAD Regional Offices in New Delhi and Jakarta would like to invite you to participate in the international Web Talk Series under the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) – 2023.
This year’s web talk series will address the following SDGs:
- SDG 7 – Affordable and Clean Energy (28.06.2023 – 29.06.2023)
- SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-Being (22.08.2023 – 24.08.2023)
- SDG 14 – Life Below Water (06.12.2023)
Who submitted papers for this Web Talk Series?
Former scholarship holders of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and Alexander von Humboldt Foundation (AvH) from South Asia region (India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, and Sri Lanka) as well as from Southeast Asia region (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Timor Leste) were welcome to submit papers.
As catalysts working towards finding solutions to global challenges, the alumni network paves the way in science, research, technology, and academic excellence.
The Alumni for SDG aims to facilitate popular science amongst the networks and beyond, thereby intensifying and facilitating exchange of ideas and initiate a dialogue in a particular SDG field through relevant research being conducted. The main objective is to give back to society as bridge builders between South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Germany by strengthening subject-specific alumni groups within the regions.
