DAAD visits Rangpur with GIZ
DAAD visited Begum Rokeya University Rangpur (BRUR) on 16 February 2025. The event for “Higher Studies and Research Opportunities in Germany” was organized by the DAAD and GIZ. Professor Dr. Md. Showkat Ali, Vice-chancellor of BRUR, inaugurated the session with his speech. Students were enthusiastic about the German education system and they also participated actively in the Q/A session which followed the presentation.
Mr. Asaduzzaman Mohammad, Technical Advisor, GIZ, informed about the “KiK Makes the Difference” project. This event as well as the establishment of the “Scholarship Support Office” at BRUR is part of GIZ’s ongoing partnership funded by KiK Textiles and Non-food GmbH, implemented by GIZ InS.
